You must be at least 18 years old to attend this retreat.

This retreat includes healing experiences and educational workshops. Come prepared for healing and learning. It is ideal to limit meat, dairy and alcohol consumption for at least 3-7 days before the retreat, because you will be participating in an attunement.

Your retreat registration provides you with accommodations for one person. Each friend or family member must register individually if they want to attend.

Yes and No. Teens over 15 years old can attend with a parent or guardian. However, be mindful that this retreat can simply accommodate highly engaged and interested teens. Teens experience meditation and healing in different ways than adults. You have to be prepared to create a safe space for them to express themselves. When you participate with a teen, you really need to serve the teen first. You should schedule a separate time for yourself to experience the healing on your own to fully immerse yourself in an experience that is best for you. Teens may need to make noise, and move. Although these experiences are generally relaxing, it may elicit an increase in energy, running around, bouncing, dancing, needing to make loud noises, or expressing discomfort, or all of the above. Be prepared as a guide when you experience meditation or any healing experience and this will result in the best experience.

We encourage you to create a sacred space in your home. Bring together your crystals, yoga mat and/or blanket, journal, writing supplies, water bottle & layers of clothing. Please abstain from taking illegal drugs, alcohol, smoking during this retreat. This is really for your benefit. You will not be able to experience the full power of the attunements if you have intoxicants in your system.

We will issue full refunds and/or credits for upcoming retreats if you contract COVID and cannot attend the retreat OR if travel is restricted due to the pandemic or any other natural disaster.
