We create a custom audio treatment program based on your specific needs. We develop two 45-minute self hypnosis audio treatments on MP3 & a home practice plan that you follow at home.
The audio recordings are devered via email, each one takes 7 days to complete. Upon purchase of this program you recieve immediate access to our Heal Anxiety online portal that will provide you with guidance and a process to prepare for the hypnosis program for optimal success.
After 7 days you will recieve your first custom self-hypnosis audio, you will listen to this daily for 7 days then you will reiceve your second custom self-hypnosis audio.
Opportunities are available for short virtal Treatment Check-in meetings via video conferancing with the practitioner who created your program to ask questions and recieve personal support.
